Our Interior Design Services

For projects with less than an $10,000 investment, we recommend our consulting service option. Book a session with our Principal Designer, April Gandy, to meet with you to discuss your interior design goals, high level concept ideas and provide you with professional guidance for your DIY project. If you just need a little design assistance for your DIY project, this service was created for you! Get the best of both worlds by having professional design assistance at a fraction of the cost!

Here's what you can expect from us: 

• Comprehensive virtual consultation (120 mins) 
• 2D existing floor plan
• Clickable shopping list  

Here's what we need from you: 

• Picture & Video of desired Space (perspectives from every corner of the room) 
• Inspiration photos (up to 4) using personalized idea boards via Pinterest/Houzz 
• Measurements of the space (in “Inches”with window, door & openings specifications included) 
• List of favorite furniture retailers & list of stores you hold credit accounts with (if any) 
• Projected Investment bottom line  

During the initial consultation, we will discuss the process in detail and provide you with a checklist to ensure we have everything we need to create your perfect space!  

*Non refundable deposit required to book consultation. Remaining balance is due 24 hours before scheduled appointment. One reschedule permitted.

E-Design is a great option for clients who want to take on the project independently but need a visual to pull the look together. This service includes a custom e-design for one residential room. This service is perfect for clients who need a little more guidance in the process. You will have a fully professionally designed space with a photorealistic rendering to show you exactly where to place items and how the final results will look.  

Here's what you can expect from us: 

• Comprehensive virtual consultation (30 - 45mins) 
• 2D existing floor plan 
• 3D Rendering 
• Clickable shopping list  

Here's what we need from you: 

• Picture & Video of desired Space (perspectives from every corner of the room) 
• Inspiration photos (up to 4) using personalized idea boards via Pinterest/Houzz 
• Measurements of the space (in “Inches”with window, door & openings specifications included) 
• List of favorite furniture retailers & list of stores you hold credit accounts with (if any) 
• Projected Investment bottom line

*$500 deposit required to book initial consultation. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to time of rendering delivery (roughly 3-5 weeks from initial consultation). One reschedule permitted. Deposits are non refundable. One complementary change to any one component of the design (i.e. different sofa, paint color, dining table, etc.). Two or more changes will be subject to fees. All change requests must be communicated within 5 days of delivery.

Room makeovers and interior styling are full service options. Our comprehensive, tailored interior design services include: 

• Planning 
• Photorealistic renderings 
• Selection and sourcing of furniture 
• Selection and sourcing of lighting 
• Selection and sourcing of fixtures 
• Paint/finish selections 
• Design and fabrication of custom furniture and window treatments 
• Selection of art
• Selection of decor and accessories
• Management of the design process from procurement through installation

Sit back and relax while we take care of everything for you! With this service, we will work with you to redesign your space. This is may include using your existing furniture coupled with new accents, starting from scratch, simply adding accessories and paint options or any combination of these examples to give your space a brand new look and feel. 

* This service requires a project investment minimum of $10,000 per room, excluding designer fee. Actual project investment will vary depending on size and scope of project.

Kitchen and bathroom renovations are full service options. Our comprehensive, tailored interior design services include: 

• Planning
• Photorealistic renderings
• Selection and sourcing of tile
• Selection and sourcing of lighting
• Selection and sourcing of fixtures
• Selection and sourcing of cabinetry 
• Selection and sourcing of countertops
• Design and fabrication of custom cabinetry
